- Shipping & Delivery
- We are pleased to offer our customers international shipping to any country in the world. Postage charges for your country are based on the size/weight of the item and automatically calculated during checkout process. We ship via Australia Post or Couriers for the bigger parcels. The products are normally shipped within 3 business days of the date of order. Shipping times can vary depending on country and location, but usually orders will take 2-7 business days to arrive within Australia and up to 5 weeks for International deliveries. The customer is responsible for any customs taxes or fees that may be imposed by the customs department.
- Privacy & Security
- We accept different payment options including all major Credit Cards, PayPal and Direct Deposit. We don’t have access to your bank details or credit card information as all the payments are processed via secure Paypal website for the highest level of safety available. Don’t worry if you don’t have Paypal account as you will have an opportunity to pay directly with your credit card without logging in. Please note that the final amount charged by your bank may vary slightly due to variations in exchange.
- Returns & Replacements
- Here at Printo.com.au we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have received an item different to the one you ordered or if the item contains an error, please contact our Customer Support team who will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the error is our fault we will gladly post a replacement at no charge. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order. If you are not satisfied with the product you can simply return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. A refund minus the shipping cost will be issued to the credit card / Paypal account used when the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please note that we accept returns of items that are in original condition to receive a refund or exchange. The T-shirts must be unworn and unwashed. Returns are normally processed within a week of the date when we receive the item back.
- Ordering
- Click on the item you would like to purchase. You can view prices in foreign currencies by choosing one under the Change Currency menu on the upper right corner of any page. Customize your item by choosing the right size, colour and style. Once complete, click "ADD TO CART” and the item will be added to your shopping cart. Continue shopping until you are ready to check out. On the Shopping Bag page either log in, if you've previously purchased from us, or click Checkout As Guest and follow the prompts. You will have the opportunity to select your country of destination and postage service.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are in Australian dollars and they include GST. Occasionally we offer our customers special promotions which can be redeemed using a coupon code. If you have a coupon code from our website, please enter the coupon code at the bottom of the checkout page in the Coupon Code Field.
